Brief Answer:
Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

While anxiety can cause performance problems, and frequent urination, I think your symptoms should be looked into.

I imagine your doctor has already checked your prostate for enlargement as an enlarged prostate can cause the decreased stream and frequent urination.

I also recommend checking a urinalysis for signs of infection too.

If neither of these help provide answers, and if you don't have problems with anxiety that you think are causing the frequent urination, consider seeing a urologist for evaluation of bladder capacity and voiding problems.

About the erection problem, if you are getting normal early morning erections, the problem is less likely to be physical and more likely to be psychological. But I can't say that it is necessarily psychological for you. And men in their 50s do have more erectile dysfunction in general.

So - I recommend (if not already done), a urinalysis and digital prostate exam, and then likely a referral to a urologist for more advanced evaluation.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
