Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
I am very sorry about his diagnosis and unfortunately this is one of the most aggressive cancers especially in this stage when it has spread to liver. It means that this is terminal stage and his his general health will progressively worsen in next weeks and it is hard to expect some significant lifetime which can be counted in weeks till 2-3 months. What you can do ,is to find appropriate painkillers, rehydrate him, give nutrition supplements such as Ensure and vitamins C,D and E. If there is palliative care facility in your area, you should consult them and ask for help from nurse or professional caregivers. Wish you good health. Regards

Thank you for your response. He will resume taking vitamin E and we will add C and D. He has dental issues resulting from shrinking gums which we will address on Friday and hopefully that will improve his desire to eat. The enzymes that he takes seem to help. But other than feeling very weak one of his main current complaints is that he feels that he could "jump out of his skin". Do you have any ideas what this is and what we can do for it?
