Question: Hey I be cold all the time is it cause my iron low
doctor
Answered by Dr. Ivo Ditah (27 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
I will recommend that you get your Thyroid evaluated!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this cold sensation. The most common cause of this is probably a low functioning thyroid and unlikely to be low iron. I will suggest that your doctors evaluate the thyroid function by measuring at least the TSH levels. This will be very informative. Do well to communicate the results with me and we shall go on from there.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
These are all normal findings. I will request for the TSH still.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

These are entirely normal. Unfortunately, there is none that relates specifically to your thyroid gland function. Kindly request for the TSH and T3/t4 Levels to be measured so that we can talk more on.

I wish you well.
