Brief Answer:
take antihistamine tablets and do steam inhalation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
Thanks for posting to us.

If she has no other symptoms like fever, yellowish discharge from nose, yellow sputum, ear discharge etc, you can try simple decongestants like antihistamines. Let her take Levocetirezine 5 mg once daily (preferably bed time) for 5 days. Note that this may cause some sedation.
If she is having associated head ache or facial heaviness, also add acetaminophen 500 mg thrice daily for 3 days(hope she is not allergic to). These drugs have no significant interaction with Prozac.

If the symptoms doesn't come down by 2 days or if other mentioned symptoms are present, kindly see your doctor as this may need antibiotics too.

Meanwhile avoid exposure to cold atmosphere and do steam inhalation 4 to 6 times a day.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have further questions, I will be happy to help.
Wishing for faster cure.
Thank you.
