Brief Answer:
consult psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.

In GAD with panic attacks clonazepam and diazepam are to be taken SOS for if any discomfort you feel, but venlaflexine is the main drug which eliminates your psychiatric problem.

If you are not feeling good with venlaflexine and still you have panic attacks and other anxiety features you must change molecule.

There are many newer molecule which has good result in GAD with panic attacks like Paroxetine, Desvenlaflexine, sertraline etc..

Discuss with your doctor about this molecule.

Also in GAD with panic you feel relaxed with Psychotherapy and relaxation exercise.

So if possible ask your doctor about same.

Without detail history and mental status examination of patient no one can write such schedule X drugs.

For any prescription you must contact local psychiatrist.

Awaiting your response.

Thank you

How can a psychiatrist in XXXXXXX help me obtain the prescriptions I need for GAD and panic disorder? I have tried every "anti-depressant," and the only thing that give me instant relief is Xanax and for long-term is valium. I am currently on trazedone and eflexor and although I believe they are helping me sleep and not wake up in the middle of the night it total panic, only the xanax and valium help for those episodes. My doctor will no longer prescribe valium, as is the case with most XXXXXXX doctors. Can you help me?

Brief Answer:
consult psychiatrist

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
From XXXXXXX I can give you advice and by which, you can discuss with your treating doctor and get relief.

No one can give you prescription without seeing you once.

For prescription you must consult psychiatrist.

As valium is schedule X drug, it is the reason for not to prescribe regularly because of addiction property of it.
clonazepam and diazepam are the dugs which give you instant relief and they has property of tolerance so as the time passes you have to take increased amount of it for relief.
You can continue valium up to sometime but during that time underlying illness must be treated so you get sound sleep.

There are many drugs that I told you; discuss regarding that to your psychiatrist.

Awaiting your response.

Thank you
