Question: By seeing my profile what best excersize you suggest to maintain the health as well to avoid the potentail diabetic, heart , blood pressure problem, severe backpain & knee pain.

I prefer not to take any medication unless it is must. I am non vegetarian. Prefering only fish some time chicken.

Regular driving the car. Non Auto gear car. Frequent flier also.

weight is under control. 71 kgs with height 5 ft 9 inch. Body index is ok i.e. 23.7.

At your age, a regular balanced diet, cardio exercise 3 times a week (brisk walk, jogging, cycling) for about 1 hour a session and yearly checkups with the doctor should suffice.

There is no harm in eating non vegetarian food in moderation. So don't worry.

The next time you have a chance, get the following blood work and tests done for a thorough review.

Blood Work: 1) Complete Blood Count (CBC), Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP), Liver Function Test (LFT), Renal Function Test (RFT), Thyroid Function Test (TFT)

Testing: 1) Chest X-ray (CXR), 2)ElectroCardioGram (ECG) and Tread Mill Test (TMT)
3) Colonoscopy

Last but not least, you at age 57, you are entering an age where prostate enlargement may become an issue, so please schedule an appointment with your urologist to have a prostate exam done at your convenience.
