General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to arthritis. I suggest to check the rheumatoid factor level for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
