General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I recommend to use anti-inflammatory painkillers such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application. If the pain continue, I recommend to use prescription painkillers for further treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
