Question: dear dr's my dr told me to rake 2 tablets per day of 1g augmantine for 7 days he says i got a bacteria cold is that an ok dosage thank you

Thank you for your quick reply just another question will it effect the good bacteria in my body for thos 7 day period or it just effects longer periods

Hi,
I have gone through your follow up query; and for your information it may also effect the good bacteria in your body so that in some patients common side effect are diarrhoea.
To overcome this side effect you may also take probiotic medicine with this antibiotic if you do not have.
