hello,
Thanks for your prompt response.

Good that you do not have any medical problems at present.
It seems you have maintained a good physic as well.

Following are my suggestions for family planning and pre-conceiving medical checkups.
1. Get your blood pressure checked since your mother was detected hypertensive at an early age.
2. Get a basal ultrasound scan.
3. Start taking folic acid tablets (folinine-D) one tablet daily at night after food.
4. Have unprotected regular intercourse(every alternate day).
5. Eat healthy. Do not eat unhygienic food from outside(like pani puri)
6. Avoid any kind of medications and radiation(X ray)
7. Practice anti stress measures like yoga.

With regular unprotected intercourse chances of conception is as high as 90% in 6 months.
So, i wish you both good luck.
Feel free to ask for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.

regards,
DR Nilofer
