Is Pregnancy Possible While Suffering From PCOS?

Question: I have PCOS. Doctor has put me on Susten. I had midcycle spotting and painful cramps 2-3 days after ovulation. 2 days before my periods was due i started spotting dark brown which continued for 2 days and now the spotting is red still no flow. Could i be pregnant?

2) only way to confirm is by doing blood test as it is early for urine test to show positive result.
