Brief Answer:
Jalra M 50/ 500 is right medicine for her

Detailed Answer:
Hello Greetings

I had gone through your question diligently,I can understand your concern

as such she is taking a number of medicines I will tell in detail about all these
tab Repace (losartan) is for high BP
Tab rozucore is a cholesterol lowering drug

Her blood sugar has raised very high level which is valid reason to be worrisome

I would like further information to help you better
duration of illness since how long she is diabetic
Recording of blood pressure
lab report of lipid profile

Looking at her history and blood and urine sugar profile with HB A1c; her doctor has prescribed a right medicine a combination of metformin and vidagliptin

please continue with Jalra M 50/500 as advised by doctor and repeat the all tests after 7 to 10 days to see for blood sugar control with jalra M 50/500

I would advise her as following
diabetic diet 1800 kcal
Plenty of dietary fiber and strict diet control
avoid high glycemic food
Moderate exercises like early morning walking or jogging

I hope you will find my response informative and helpful, please feel free to ask for further clarifications

The HBA1c was never this high even before 6 months. She is diabetic since 9 years. Earlier she was on Melmet SR 500 mg 1-0-1 and then changed to Glycomet 250 mg 1-0-1. BP is normal since 10 days she started the Repace. Before that our physician stopped the BP medicine because he BP was very low. It was about a year he had stopped BP medicine. The Lipid profile doe on 12 feb 14.
