Brief Answer:
Looks good

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.
I did not see any report attached here. Please attach again.
Jalra, Dimacron 500 are good to start with to reduce the average blood sugar levels. You are already witnessing the benefits of using them. The HbA1c has already come down much better. If you are my patient I would just suggest to continue it unless you have hypoglycemic symptoms.
If yes, the dose of Jalra can be reduced but I suggest to continue for next two months and retest.
Metaspan is good for other nutritional deficiencies associated with high blood glucose. Continue it.

Brief Answer:
sweating, increased heart rate and beat, tiredness during the day

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Hypoglycemic symptoms can happen with anti diabetes medicines although lesser with Jalra. However the symptoms are like one or more of these.
sweating, increased heart rate and beat, tiredness during the day.

I had seen the report. The blood glucose is controlled and the medicines are working well. I suggest to continue them for couple of more months and redo them.

You do not need to change them now.
