Brief Answer:
Yes can be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It seems you have Diabetes and Hypertension.
If your doctor has changed your Diabetes Medicines from Reclimet to Jalra-M, then there is no problem in taking Jalra-M along with Tazoloc CT and Revolol XR.
Jalra-M is a wonderful Medicine for control of blood sugar but should be taken under guidance of your doctor.
As far as your query is concerned, yes these Medicines can be taken together.
I hope it helps.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Take med regularly.

Detailed Answer:
You just need to monitor your blood sugar and let your doctor evaluate and adjust the Medicine. It's appreciable that you have quit smoking but consuming whisky on daily basis is not advisable.
Take Diabetic diet and exercise regularly.
Start on the Medicine and write back to me after 7 days with Fasting and post prandial blood sugar levels.

Good Luck.

You should.

Nothing is difficult. Any addiction is not good. I am not asking you to quit it.
You can take whisky once in a blue moon for a happy weekend.
But avoid taking it on daily basis.
I hope it helps.

Blood sugar needs control.

Hello, Yes, you need to get the proper control with in the target ranges you have mentioned.
As far as BP is concerned, the target has been changed to 140/80 mm Hg according to new guidelines that is JNC 8.
