Brief Answer:
Except Tryptomer, all medicines are safe in heart patients.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through all the medications.

1)Prolomet-XL is a Beta1 selective blocker and used in the treatment of CAD-IHD, Hypertension and has a Positive inotropic effect means it is good for heart pumping in simple words.

2) Monit-SR is a isosorbide mononitrate is used to prevent coronary spasm by causing vasodilatation.

3)Deplatt-A contains aspirin and clopidogrel which both are having antithrombotic and antiplatelet effects which prevents clot formation in known CAD patients because once there is clot formation at coronary artery then there will become tendency to form a clot at very vital coronary arteries.

Cardiologist gives this medicines to prevent further clot formation.

4)Lipicard-160 is a fenofibrate which reduces triglycerides level in blood which could be responsible for clot formation along with blood cholesterol.

Earlier, it was believed that only cholesterol is only responsible for clot but with a new concepts, triglycerides are equally responsible to cause clotting.

5) Zapiz is a clonazepam which has a anxiolytic property and also used in migraine. It is safer in cardiac patients.

6) Ursocol is a ursodeoxycholic acid which is a liver enzymes supplements. It is completely safer in cardiac patients.

7)Tryptomer 10 is a Amitriptilline which is a antidepressant and can also be used in the prevention of migraine.

It is relatively contraindicated in patient having history of myocardial infarction because of its might cause some cardiac side effects like hyertension, tachycardia, arrhythmias etc.

You can take advise from your treating cardiologist regarding tryptomer continuation.

8) Vertin 16mg is a betahistine which is used in the symptomatic treatment of vertigo or dizziness specially in Meniere's disease. It is completely safer in cardiac patients. It is only gives symptomatic relief.

For the complete cure, one must need to find out the cause of dizziness. You can consult your ENT specialist for thoroughly examination to get it diagnosed first.

Hope i have explained it well to be understood.

Brief Answer:
You can take it as per your cardiologist opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Amitriptylline is good medicine to treat Migraine.
It is relatively but not absolutely contraindicated in patients with heart disease or history of myocardial infarction because some patients might have heart rhythm problem or rise in blood pressure.
Your doctor knows everything about your health status since this 8 years of treatment.
If you have not faced any of its cardiac side effects since taking this Tryptomer and if your treating cardiologist feels, then there is no issue to take it.
The important thing is one should always ask a doctor regarding safety of a non-cardiac medicine in case of CAD.
Thanks
