Question: can prostate enlagement be treated by ceragem therapy there is problem of frequent urinating during night which diturbs sleep the flow of urine is also not enough.

I believe that Ceragem therapy is a natural therapy.I would agree that this would alleviate prostate gland enlargement at initial stages.

Silodal 8mg improves the flow and improves the symptoms of prostate enlargement and are helpful in early stages.Considering your age and the difficulty in flow I were to suspect enlarged prostate obstructing the urine flow which necessitate its removal by surgery.

Natural therapy, allopathic(or any other) medicine shall not afford adequate relief from these symptoms.

I were to suggest to see a urologist to assess the size of prostate by examination and ultrasound and also to rule out prostate cancer(urine and blood test for PSA).
