What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: I got married last year Feb...no pregnancy history... Took HSG test n it shows,
-uterus size normal
-left right tubes spill noted
-for clinical correlation
I thought everything s normal...but atlast it is mentioned clinical correlation... Does it mean it's abnormal or any issues?!
