Had Sex. Took Pill. Got Brown Coloured Bleeding. Chances Of Pregnancy?
Question: i have sex with my gf on 20th april and she had taken ipill on 21st april and her period date was 24th april.she had dark brown color bleeding on 24th april and it still on 25th with little flow .she is confuse what actually it is. plz help us

This is the effect of the ipill. Thats withdrawal bleeding from the ipill which occurs within a few days of the intake. She will have irregular periods in the next month or so. Thats a side effect of the pill. But you should know that frequent intake of the pill will cause menstrual problems. You should also know that you are not protected for future pregnancies. Use a condom if you're not using regular oc pills.

i will not have freqent use of ipill it was first time and would be last time.but iwant to withdrawal bleeding confirm that she is not pregnant.
This withdrawal bleed means that she isnt pregnant. Its accurate 95%of the time.
As i have mentioned, her periods may be irregular for a month or so due to hormonal imbalance.

her dark brown color bleeding start on 24th afternoon and on 25th it was very low or little bit and today on 26th their is no bleeding. so what she can think. did we can count her this brow color bleeding as her period. we are very confuse and teenisoed. plz help us
Ideally it should have been like a period. But at least 2days of bleeding is normal. Watch for the next period and it may be heavy and irregular. If you dont bleed within 6wks take a pregnancy test. Till then wait and watch. Its unlikely that you are pregnant as there was some good amt bleeding.
