Brief Answer:
may be suture material.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Kindly do not worry, this heavy feeling will be there for some time, say for few weeks till the tissue healing is complete. It could be the suture material which is used for your bladder repair, these sutures will absorb by itself, so kindly do not worry. You need to worry only if you have FEVER, BURNING URINATION, DIFFICULTY IN PASSING STOOLS OR ANY FOUL SMELLING DISCHARGE.

Brief Answer:
Rule out urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It could be a sign of urinary tract infection, you need to undergo a urine microscopy examination to rule out this. If your symptoms persist kindly visit your doctor, you might need a course of antibiotics. Hope you are satisfied with my answers.
