Brief Answer:
Mildly increased SGOT in your case may be a non specific finding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(SGOT)is an enzyme that is normally present in liver, heart cells, skeletal muscle, kidneys and RBC.

It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, kidney, lung and muscle pathology, drug toxicity etc.
It is widely used to detect liver pathology.

Mildly increased SGOT in your case may be a non specific finding as other reports related to liver are normal.
I don't think it is concerning.
However findings need clinical correlation.
It is most likely not related to livolin forte intake.

Ultrasound of abdomen can be done in your case to search for cause of right sided pain.

Hope I have answered your question.

Thank you Dr. Yes I did ultrasound and they found everything fine. Only abnormal gas pattern, plenty of gas bubbles and increased bowel. Could that be any issue? Cheers! How about the nsiads?
