Do TriNessa Birth Control Pills Cause Bleeding?

Question: Hello, I am currently taking trinessa birth control pill and I forgot to take one day, the next day I took my pill from the day before and for that same day, but it was later than usual. One day after I started a period a week before that I was supposed to. My period should be coming in 3 days and i just stoped the bleeding from the mistake and I am not sure I'd I should continue using the pills a usual or to stop and start a good one.
