Brief Answer:
need to monitor therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your question. Duromine is an amphetamine and it has a couple minor interactions with two of your other medications. There is a minor interactions between the lovan and duromine. The duromine can increase the possible side effects of the lovan making something called serotonin syndrome more likely. With serotonin syndrome you would have symptoms like agitation, fast heart rate and elevated blood pressure. The other minor interaction is with the aldactone. Duromine can elevate the blood pressure making the aldactone less effective in lowering blood pressure. It does not sound like you are taking the aldactone for blood pressure anyway so this is probably not a concern. Both these interactions are graded as minor which means that the prescribing physician needs to monitor you for these possible side effects. This does not mean that you can not take them together, it just means that you and your physician need to be aware of the possible interactions and watch for possible side effects. I hope this is helpful and good day.
