yes, you can take these 2 drugs together. Paracetamol ( acetaminophen) an anti pyretic drug ,had not been associated with any drug interaction with ofloxacin (fluroquinolone)antibiotic ,in human trials.
It wont have any side effect or drug interactions.
But they should be taken under a physician's guidance so that you get the right treatment for your condition. if you let me know your symptoms, I would be able to inform you whether these drugs are the right treatment or not.
