Are Progynova, Miprogen And Duphaston Advisable During Early Pregnancy?
Question: Hello doctor. Recently i have undergone embryo transfer. My doctor advised me to take number of drugs. They are, 1. PROGYNOVA 2mg twice daily, 2. MIPROGEN Soft gel capsules 200mg twice daily, 3. ASPIRIN 50mg once a day, 4. FOLSAFE 5mg once acday, 5. LONOPIN 40mg injection once a day, 6. DUPHASTON tablets once a day, 7. NATUROGET Gel once a day and 8. SUSTAN 200mg injection once in every three days.
My question is, most of these medicines appear to be progesteron substitutes. Is it necessary for such over medication?
Im told, that my endimetrium is good and the embryos are 8 cell divisioned and grade one on the third day of oocyte pick up. My age is 35 years. Please advise if my priscription is correct or should i discuss with my doctor.

I would like to post some more information. 12 oocyter were picked up on 15th October and 11 out of them were matured. All the 11 were subjected to ICSI. 9 are fertilised. After three days, 3 embryos were transfered to the uterus.
The quality of the embryos are, 1 was 8 celled and grade One, 2 are 8 celled grade two. Is the embryo quality good or best? What are the chances of implantation?
Is there any diet restrictio? Do I have to take bed rest?
