Brief Answer:
few suggestions For you

Detailed Answer:
dear,welcome to the HCM
As I can understand form your compliants, that you are being put on Esctalopram and Amisulpirude for anxiety disorder and you are concerned if on discontinuation they will lead to severe withdrawal symptoms.
my suggestions for you are
1) Anxiety disorders take long time to settle, therefore the treatment generally goes on for months to years. Hence discontinuation of treatment inbetween can precipitate underlying condition, this fact one must bear in mind. Consider this like any other conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid supplements, where one has to take medications for life long, so why not take these medication for few years.
2) As the Escitalopram and Amisulpiride are the drugs that acts for the neurotransmitters, abrupt cessation of these may precipitate withdrawal symptoms and therefore one will need to taper off it's dose gradually to wean off. BUT ONLY ON THE ADVICE OF TREATING CONSULATANT.
3) These drugs are very much safer as compared to other drugs, as the weight gain liability and cardiac toxicity profile is safe.
4) Amisulpiride is not known to cause profound sedation, however one will take a week to get tolerated to its sedation effect initially.

welcome for further suggestions
