The the swollen tongue may be caused due to-papillary hyperplasia,depapillation of tongue,antibiotic sensitivity,allergic foods,traumatic injury. I would advice you to get a thorough clinical evaluation by an oral pathologist. Meanwhile,maintain oral hygiene well. Avoid spicy ,allergic foods. Take vitamin becosules.
