Dear Friend. I would like to know since when are you having this. This high pulse rate is significant if counted at rest. Re check it in resting condition for full one minute and revert back. If you have any further query, please ask me. Stay Healthy

Dear Patient, irregular heart rate means that between your heart beats there is a huge difference between the pauses (long pauses, very short pauses) changing. Also the heart rate shouldn't be lower than 40/50bpm and also not higher than 90/100, depending on other medical conditions though. Best regards

Hello, not it's not. A heart rate as fast as 98 can only be justified by physical activity. If you've got 98 beats per minute, without engaging into physical activity, then investigation is needed. Various conditions may cause it like anemia, thyroid disease, infections, severe dehydration, arrhythmias etc You've got to visit your doctor for the necessary investigation. Kind Regards!
