HI, Get xray of affected foot with done in AP and Oblique view done and send me the report. If there is no history of trauma then get serum uric acid, Ra factor quantitative , E.S.R done and send me the report. Till then apply hot packs and take aceclofenac+serratiopeptidase three times a day. I hope it helps. Thanks. Dr.Singh.
