Suggest Remedy For Swollen And Red Toe Due To High Heel Footwear

So i wore high heels last night and I realized that my pinky toe was hurting but I still kept on walking. Once i came home i removed my footwear and went to sleep. Today, i looked at my pinky toe and realized that towards the side its swollen and seems elevated and on the other side of the pinky toe its red and also elevated. What should I do

You should avoid further aggravation of the toe and consider the use of anti inflammatory pain medication to help reduce any pain and swelling.

Eg of anti inflammatory pain medication include naproxen, diclofenac, ibuprofen.

Application of cold compress and elevation whenever possible may also help.
