What Are The Tests And Most Importantly Symptoms Of Tendonitis ?

19, dont run much (once in a while). a little swelling pain on bend of right ankle on top, hurts to do uphill stairs all that, hurts in the inside side of foot, no redness, no tests, could this be it anterior tibialist tendonitis?? HELP what are tests and most importantly symptoms?

Tendonitis can get pretty painful and sometimes unbearable and the way you have described your symptoms, I guess it is more of tear. Sometimes this pain feels like emanating from the bones but actually it is from the spot where the muscles and bone are connected.See for a couple of days and use an anskle band.If pain persists, see an orthopedician or a GP.

it may be not tendonitis .. but may me small tear ... take rest ....do not strain too much
