Hi Maddy, Thanks for your query. Are lumps painful or oozing? If not, they are simply benign cysts or localized collection of fat. Nothing to worry about. No treatment required unless they are painful (take ibuprofen for pain) or oozing (which indicate infection of a hair follicle). Dr. Rakesh Karanwal
