Welcome, Most probably it could be due to infection. Please do stool examination for cysts and ova. If possible take antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole. Keep drinking plenty of water. Hi..this could be due to gastric reflux or premenstrual pain...if its not her menstrual time...give her antacids and anti spasmodics like buscopan ...she should be alright...wish her a speedy recovery...
