Your blood pressure is on the upper limit of normal and your pulse is slightly fast. If you are a smoker, overweight, have just been exercising, or have taken stimulating medications or drugs these could all explain your (slightly) high readings. I would relax, and have your BP and pulse measured again by a nurse or another healthcare worker. (Don't rely on automatic machines)

please dont worry , this is normal and is called as white coat hypertension. Please check your bp at home and just tell the values to your doctor, he will manage you accordingly. Thanks
