Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum. Normal range of resting rate 65-110. If you have this rate persistently after 10 minutes of rest, it is better to see your doctor for evaluation. cannot say in your particular case but in the vast majority of people the answer is a plain YES, OK. First question: is there symptoms of fantiing / near fainting, if NO, then there's a limit on what to do even if the EKG is ABNORMAL since pacemakers help symptoms, but not longevity. What meds; some lower pulse and are supposed t0! If it's sometimes low, with symptoms, then something needs doing
