Dear Lady, Thanks for the query. It can be either lung cancer, having spread to lymph nodes. Or, it is cancer of Lymph nodes within the chest. Please clarify which one do you mean? Lung cancer with spread to lymph nodes carries a bad prognosis with short life. Other condition can be managed. Hi It depends upon the type of cancer. Cancer involving lymphnodes;;; fever, weight loss, bleeding, infection. Infiltrating cancer from other organs like lungs, stomach, etc produce the respective symptoms. Reply with thanks
