Hello, Welcome. It contains an antispasmodic and a NSAID. Prolonged use of both medicines is not recommended. Nsaids may cause ulceration, kidney dysfunction. dicyclomine is contraindicated in Closed-angle glaucoma, Myasthenia gravis, Hemorrhage with cardiovascular instability, Paralytic ileus, Breast feeding Intestinal atony of elderly/debilitated patients GI obstruction.
