Ultrasound Report Says Intrauterine Pregnancy In Breech Presentation, Placenta Posterior. Normal?

Hi doc, I just had my ultrasound last june 1, 2013. Can u please explain th;e impression for me?
Single live intrauterine pregnancy in complete breech presentation, 30 1/7 weeks composite sonar age with good cardiac and motor activities. Placenta posterior, high lying, grade II. Adequate amniotic fluid volume. No evident gross fetal abnormality noted. Thank you and God bless

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Everything is fine except your baby is in breech presentation, you should repeat ultrasound at 36weeks, maybe your baby position becomes normal.
Everything is normal so don't worry.
