Blood During Bowel Movement, Lower Abdominal Pain, Pelvic Area Pain. History Of Hemorrhoids. Treatment?

For the past three days when I make a bowel movement, there is mostly blood. It closely resembles heavy menstration blood, however its not that time of the month. I do have a history with hemorrhoids, however theyve never bled like this. I am experiencing lower abdomial pain and slight pelvic area pain. I cannot afford an ER bill and my primary care will not see me, just curious what this could be and what i should do.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
In my opinion may be due to .
1 Hemorrhoids , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well clinical examination by a surgeon.
2 Disease of large intestine , diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy examination.
3 Cancer if this blood is without any pain , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical , clinical & colonoscopy examination .
In my opinion first of all consult a surgeon and get his opinion regarding hemorrhoids .
Good luck. Dr. HET
