tongue fibromas can be removed and their recurrance is minimal. now a days using laser it is removed. tounge fibromas are non cancer lesions (benign). the cost of removal depends upon the clinic where you are going to remove.

Hi Swelling which is firm and attached to the skin ,arising from fibrous tissue beneath the skin is Subcutaneous fibroma. Exact diagnosis will be confirmed after removal of the swelling and sending it for histopathological examination(Biopsy ) . Hope I answered your query. Regards
