Hi Esiflo contains steroid plus bronchodilator. Steroids are preferably avoided during pregnancy especially during 1st trimester. Switch over to plain salmeterol inhaler, use it only when necessary. Do get back to me for further discussion. Take Care Best Regards Dr T Shobha Deepak
