Hello Hair thinning is the main complaint in androgenetic alopecia. Another possibility is of Chronic Telogen Effluvium I would suggest you to use Minoxidil 2% solution, 1 ml twice daily. An oral Biotin supplement (Tab Proanagen) once daily and an Iron supplement (Tab Dexorange) once daily is also advisable. Regards
