Hello Boils are a bacterial skin infection. I suggest you to take a course of an Oral antibiotics e.g Amoxycillin 500 mg thrice daily for a week. It is a prescription drug and therefore I suggest that you talk to your local doctor for the needful Topically you may apply an OTC topical antibacterial e.g mupirocin ointment. Regards
