What Does Semen Report As Vol 2.5ml Creamish Colour Suggest?
my age is 29,height 172cm,78kg ,my semen analyse report given below
volume-2.5 ml, colour-creamish, gel formation-normal
liquification time-25minuts, reaction- alkaline
motily: active motile-30, moderate-20, sluggish-10, dead-40
pus cells-2-3/hpf, total count- 42 millions/ml
morphology: normal forms-90, abnormal-10
pls check and guide me doctor pls

Your semen analysis report suggests infection .
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
Other factors like sperm count,motility and morphology are within normal limit.
