It seems you are having behavioral disorder, it's good to have a Psychiatrist consultation. It's not a disease so no worries.

You may be eating raw rice as a consequence of a disorder called 'pica'. It leads to persistent cravings for non-food or non-nutritive items.
The causes of pica might be an iron deficiency, a chemical imbalance or any kind of a vitamin deficiency.
I would suggest going to the nearest lab and getting a haemoglobin test conducted. Also, visit your doctor as soon as possible and get this checked out.

If you really want to get rid of this habit, you should try a substitution technique. Whenever you feel a craving for raw rice, start chewing gum or eat some corn flakes etc.
Another effective method would be to ask your family to help you out. For example, everytime you eat raw rice, they could hand out a chore for you to perform. Your family or friends could also simply hide the rice from you or stop stocking up on rice at home. There's good old willpower too.

Hope you kick the habit soon!
