my period came 2 days late + days before i was moodier than normal as well as having a very strange empty-like feeling stomachache. I finally got my period 2 nights ago and woke up yesterday to very loud gurgling noise in my stomach, sharp pains on the right side of my rib cage, and nausea (no throw up). Last night I started to get very light headed, my hearing went fuzzy, i got very hot, and my eyesight was blurred. I know it is possible to mistake your period as implantation bleeding, however, implantation bleeding is said to be very light bleeding and dark brown or pink. My period is the same color as usual and at same time I am bleeding less than normal (lighter yet still somewhat heavier than implantation spotting). Based on the strange new pain in addition to the feeling of there constantly being blood gushing out, I'm surprised by the lack of heaviness. Even though my period is a normal color and flow, could I still be pregnant?
