Hi.. Heart rate variations can occur due to multiple factors that include stress.. See a doctor if you develop any symptoms such as dizziness, palpitations, chest pain.. If the pulse rate is persistently you may have to get a cardiac evaluation..

hello,
variation in heasr rate can be a sign of a block in the conduction system of the heart. I would advise tou to get a ekg done and also a echocardiography. Consult a cardiologist in this regard. Also you need to take medications for hyperlipedemia as it is a risk factor, you need to have the lipid levels under control. Get a regular blood pressure measurement. In case the symptoms worsen or you feel any disconforting symptoms call your emergency number. I hope i have answered your query. Take care
