My Friend Today Said His Chest Hurt He Felt Like He Had A Lump , Please Help
my friend today said his chest hurt he felt like he had a lump in his throat his heart was racing his jaw hurt the MD did an ekg in the office and said it looked fine but is bp was 130/110 which is very high,,she sent him home and wants him to follow up in a week i am concerned and feel like they should not have sent him home what are your thoughts

It is either angina or heart attack, BP too high it can aggravate your heart problem. Report to nearest ER.
