my doctor prescribed fluanxol 0.5mg and am already on wellbrutin 300mg one daily. I am now feeling nauseous, no appetite, dizzy, anxious, muscle spasm in my neck (left side). This medication is supposed to make me feel better, if anything it is making me feel worse than before and I am feeling very anxious more than before. I was previously on Seroquel but that made me pick up 8-9kgs in weight in 3 months, that's why I asked to have my medication changed. My Dr in Port Elizabeth, SA is treating me for Panic Disorder and severe Panic/anxiety attacks. Could you please advise?? I am feeling like I just want to take all these tablets and put them in the bin right now!!! I was also put on high dose of cortisone (8-10 Predisone 50mg ) once daily. Dr said that may be making me so nauseous and dizzy etc> Many thanks Lynne
