Is There A General Dosing Guide For Someone Who Has

is there a general dosing guide for someone who has had their thyroid gland obliterated with radiation (benign tumor) and needs to take total thyroid replacement hormone? I am 5'9"' female and have had my dose reduced from .2mcg to 118mcg, feel terrible with tiredness, memory problems, feel cold constantly, have extra fluid in my joints. I am not due for another TSH until April.
