i have 4 areas in my abdomen lower right around colon upper right below rib cage closer to sternum left upper quadrant left side of sternum and left of belly button i have something that is strangulating i have had small lumps in these areas that have enlarged significantly in the last 21 moths when they seize i have to use my fist or fingers to hold it in what is this from
